Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

All items are printed and produced just for you once you'ved placed an order. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce the cost of overproduction, energy and waste. All orders are routed to the closest fulfilment facility (where stock is available) to the customer’s shipping location to fulfil the order.

Our production partner has fulfilment facilities and a partnering network where orderes are fulfiled and dispatched from the following locations:

United Kingdom, Spain, Latvia, USA, Canada, Brazil, Australia and Japan.

Production Time Scales

All of our prints are made-to-order and will be produced & dispatched from one of our fulfilment partner locations in:

United Kingdom, Spain, Latvia, USA, Canada, Brazil, Australia and Japan.

 

Orders will be fulfilled from the fulfilment facility in the closest proximation to the customer's shipping location that has their ordered item/items in stock.

Orders will be produced and dispatched to a courier shipping service in 1-3 business days.

 

1. Where a customers' order and shipping destination is in the same country location as one of our fulfilment partner facilities, standard domestic shipping applies, taking 3-7 business days for the total fulfilment and delivery of the order.

Example: Fulfilment facility and customer shipping address both located in the 'United Kingdom'.

 

2. Where a customers' shipping destination is in a different country location as one of our partner fulfilment facilities, international shipping applies, taking 5-10 business days for the total fulfilment and delivery of the order.

Example: Fulfilment facility located in Brazil; customer shipping address located in 'Argentina'.

3. International shipping times apply to all shipping destinations outside of our partner fulfilment locations.

           

Cancellation Policy

Made-to-order/print-on-demand, handmade or personalised items are typically approved for production within 2 hours after purchase. Any cancellation requests made after orders have been approved for production will unfortunately not be granted at his point. Upon receipt of your order you may return an item or items within 14 days providing it meets our returns policy.


Return & Exchange Policy

 

You may return a purchased item or items for refund within 14 days of receipt. The refund will be to the value of the returned item within your proof of purchase. Items are to be shipped to the returns address provided within your order by postal or courier service. Refunds are granted providing the item is returned within 14 days of receipt and has not been worn, used, washed or damaged upon its return.

Upon receipt of the item/s to the returns address, a refund will be credited in 3-5 working days to the same method of payment made to purchase the item. Refunds do NOT include shipping costs. All customers are responsible for the shipment and incurred costs for all returns.

 

Items that will NOT be accepted for a refunded return:

  • Underwear

  • Face masks

  • Hats

  • Personalised (personalized) products/items

  • Perishable goods

If purchased underwear, face masks, hats, or a personalised (personalized) item arrives with an error, misprint, defect or is damaged on arrival, please contact support@247spiritanimal.com with your order number, receipt and photographic evidence of the issue within 14 days of receiving the item.

Personalised Products

 

We will be unable to offer refunds on any personalised Products due to the personalisation element of the Product, unless the Product is defective.

Please ensure that your personalisation decisions are correct at the time of ordering as we cannot be held responsible for common errors such as misspellings or punctuation errors.

We advise not to use special characters and symbols on your personalised products. Special characters and symbols may not be printed on your final order as many of the production machines that we use cannot replicate special characters and symbols. If you use any special characters or symbols we cannot be held responsible for the special characters or symbols not being printed on your item and you will not be entitled to a refund if this happens.
